A Scottish Sun report has claimed that SFA compliance officer, Clare Whyte, could yet file a notice of complaint against Rangers striker Alfredo Morelos for his gesture following his red card against Celtic last weekend. The Gers talisman is already set to sit out three matches through suspension following the winter break, as his Parkhead…
You got it in a oner scaremongering.
The usual Celtic propaganda machine trying to influence officials.
It makes me laugh the Celtic fans slate and put down Morelos at every opportunity.
It’s all bravado with them, underneath they fear him.
Typical Sun trash picking at nothing until it’s a scab. Did you not hear about Rod and son out on Florida with their Celtic strips on trying to gate-crash a Rangers celebratory party to cause trouble, when the doorman tried to stop the two intoxicated individuals he was violently assaulted by the two yobs but eventually dragged away by police to jail. The doorman was said to be fine after surgery. Any chance of a job at the trashy Sun.
Here we go again…Clare “Green and Whyte” getting involved with Morelos again ( allegedly)!
It was obvious to me that, facing total abuse from the Parkhead home fans, as he was sent off, Morelos pointed out to them that the game was over…2 minutes previously…and that they had lost!!
There was nothing more sinister than that in his gesture…only the Knobheads at Parkhead could make it into something more than that!
Re . the 3 match suspension , the first one in the Scottish Cup is a carry over from bookings last season .Any suspension for a double booking in the league wouldnt apply to the cup.So, he has a 2 match ban for his second double booking ordering off. If the compliance officer is worried she should do the right thing and ask Alfie for his explanation .If he says it meant game over, then that should be the end of the matter as no-one accept him knows what the intent was and it is not his fault if the IRA supporting crowd took offence at a throat slitting gesture .It obviously means something different when they use it . By the way I wouldnt cite Christie either, the ref missed this and a number of other incidents , so we get no benefit from Christie being cited .Its the ref who should be in front of the beaks for cheating.
The Sun like others are desperately trying to sell papers off of Rangers stories during the break. Its pathetic really .
My mistake on the make up of the suspension, cheers for picking it up.
On the subject of Rod Stewart,I honestly think the guy has got medical problems, maybe altzeimers or something along those lines. He is doing so much out of character.Lets face it ,he has watched celtic for years and said nothing, but now he can’t help himselfAs for the Alfie situation,it’s a case of the green side running scared once again
