Oh come on, another bit of scurrilous journalism. Clarke had a whole number of issues going on, like preparing his team for two important matches. The fact Scotland failed miserably in those games they played, especially against Russia when it was one of his ex-players scoring Russia’s winning goal with an OG Jack would be the the last thing in Clark’s thoughts. I am sure the last thing on his mind was to phone Gerrard. Let’s get it into perspective he must have been sick at the Russia result and he was still to prepare the squad for Belgium. I am sure the medical team or a member of his backroom staff would have been in touch with Rangers to discuss the injury and the circumstances around it. Even Gerrard knows he does not need to speak face to face with Clark, he also has a backroom team capable of dealing with an injury. Mr Black this a a typical Sun/Daily Mail gutter press story trying to cause problems or issues when there is none. It’s controversy over nothing give it a rest.

I’m making a comment regarding the main issue of this thread which is what the thread and forum is about. The forum was not set up for people to come on and be verbally abusive and to use expletives towards individuals. Kids read these posts it’s not appropriate we should be trying to set an example and not behave in ways that supporters of other teams may behave. Can I suggest that if you want to be abusive towards anybody do it somewhere else it’s not funny, it’s not clever and it’s not usually the mindset of True Rangers supporters. If someone says something I disagree with I will enter into an honest debate about the subject with the author or fellow poster and it’s always about the subject in question, that is what forums are about. Are you stupid ? I totally addressed the subject matter by stating Clark had probably not spoken with Gerrard because of his predicament with Scotland results. I also went on to say that info would have been discussed regarding Jack’s situation by other staff probably more qualified than Gerrard in health matters for example physios and doctors. Your only comment was nothing short of abusive you have no argument. I think you need to look up the word contradictory you appear to not be able to understand its meaning, if you do can you point out what exactly it is your talking about.
