Would rather have Halkett of Livingston, who knows the league, than Cooper. Livingston have the smallest wage budget but are top 6 with a very mean defence. Milwall are at the bad end of the table and are losing more than 1.5 goals a game.
The fact that he is ex-Rangers and out of contract in the summer so available to sign a pre-contract in January is a bonus.
Agreed, Halkett is a good option to potentially explore. Another clean sheet and a goal to his name tonight too.
Certainly an even more convincing case when factoring in those respective league positions.
