But looks highly likely they will be.
Yes Rangers should take this further and I would be surprised if Ann Budge takes this lying down without a fight, also Partick Thistle say they haven’t got the funds for a legal fight yet Gerry Britton is a lawyer, is there any reason he cannot go pro bono and try and take their case further.
Rangers should not let the SPFL off the hook.
Britton states that an electronic vote is valid at the time of sending. So Dundee’s vote was against. Why were only they allowed to change their vote and nobody else? Corruption

This is not over, not by a long chalk. A third of clubs have no confidence in SPFL. As a next step, Rangers should write to the others asking for their rationale behind their vote, why they think these actions were legal and why they approve of them
How can Airdrie and Clyde abstain in such an important vote .They have both now
issued statements criticising the SPFLs running of football so why not vote for the enquiry .Clydes statement more or less says , its been like that for years so why bother .What is the matter with these people ?
