Rangers goalkeeper Wes Foderingham has dropped the biggest hint yet that he’s set for the Ibrox exit door when his contract expires in the summer, despite the club wanting to keep him around. The talented stopper has found himself on the fringes at Rangers for the last 18 months due to the form of legendary…
Here’s a thought. We have Defoe on an 18 month loan, reviewable every 6 months. Now, IF, Wes likes the club and would like to stay as first choice, why not give him a 4 year contract and let him go elsewhere for a year or 18 months with a 6 monthly option. So when Greegs gets past it, he comes back as No1.
Yes, we would need another backup keeper, but are we likely to get someone as goof as Fod anyway to come and do nothing? Doubt it, so this way we are only without him for 6 months at a time.
