Rangers this season announced plans to fully integrate the women’s side into the club’s footballing department [Rangers]. This would mean signing professional players, allowing them to train…

There is no easy way to tell someone they arent good enough to take the team where it wants to be, believe me i have had to do it a few times over the years and it doesnt get easier. If the team aspires to be at the top table then we need better players. Wish the ladies who were let go all the best and hope they continue to support the team they love.

So ,its okay for masses of male players to be released every summer ( some clubs in Scotland release almost their whole staff every summer) but when it happens to the female players its a problem. If these players had been good enough to help us progress then they would not have been released but if we are to start to compete we need to be professional so any amateurs who played over the last few years need to go .Stop greetin , there are plenty of other clubs who will glad to give you a game if you are good enough.
