Club 1872 should be more concerned in the short term at least, by The individual who allowed this recent monumental f*** up to happen.
There is clearly a clause in the contract which (for some incomprehensible reason) was ignored, and if anyone is going to hound you its Ashley.
This should never have been allowed to happen.
Then after months in court, and 1.5m legal fees, Rangers admit liability…shambolic!!
There is also the matter of a memorial garden, which we have admitted liability for, and are trying to get that capped at 1 million…AGAIN after admitting liability…a memorial garden at 1 m + court fees…and its not even there, and won’t ever be.
The corporate governance for a company involving investors and shareholders is diabolical and there should be an EGM.
