I agree , I would like to see King start before Kamara as he is more attacking than Davo and Jack and is likely to pitch in with a goal .If they control the game than that will let him get forward and support Alfie or Defoe .
We need to throw him in sometime and he`s an experience player so there should be no risk really , this game looks ideal to me.
