Rangers could find themselves playing in the final of the Scottish Cup before the Premiership campaign is over after it was confirmed that the Hampden showpiece will take place on the weekend of May 8 next year. The Cup final is usually the final game of the season but will take place a little earlier…

So the SPFL are predicting possible fixture congestion, all the more reason for Celtic’s request via Neil Lennon’s mouth for the first Old Firm game to be cancelled till fans are allowed in, should be ignored.
But as we know rules applied by the SPFL aren’t worth the paper they are written on.

You’ve got to ask why they are still determined to finish the Scottish Cup from last season. Cancelling that would ease the fixture congestion.

Exactly Ally1872…
They are giving Celtic every chance to get the treble.
The SFA and the SPFL, corrupt to the core
