I can see how it seems that way, but he has never been a quitter. I’ve been very critical, especially today, but I’m hurting as much as anyone. I took his comments to suggest that he has to have a long think about his players and recruitment. I hope I’m right because I don’t want him to leave. Outside of some learning he needs to do, he’s been great for the club.

Hope Stevie doesn’t walk,because for me he had enough talent on the park to win…It’s the players that need to take a long hard look at themselves…they performed as bad as the referee!! Was it one shot on target…that’s horrendous.I have stood up for Morelos all season but this latest event to me means his heart isn’t in the club and he has let Stevie G down yet again…No more chances…Sell him and put the transfer fee to better use.

to be honest he can fck right off as far as I’m concerned. Not a good enough man manager to get these players to fight for him and he always waits too long to try and change games that are getting away from us. rumblings for a while now that he’s lost the dressing room. hardly surprising seeing as he constantly says poor performances are his responsibility then immediately throws the players under the bus. shite manager. shite purchases in the transfer market. time for him to get to fck!

it’s the only time I’ve seen him genuinely hurt after a game but was thinking it might have something to do with his first love Liverpool getting humped earlier. There’s definitely still a chance we could win the league this season, we’ve seen it happen before and we were a few more points behind at this stage last time so it is definitely still very possible, if this bunch o misfits get their fkn finger out and we are still in Europe but if the unthinkable does happen then SG should go. No c@nt else would get 2 trophyles seasons and a good few mi££ion to spend so aye, if he doesn’t win anything this season then it should be the end o the road for him at our club !!! Rtid

gerrard should walk he says hes considering it but you have heard it hear first hes going nowhere as he has no where to go but for all you gullible lot he will come out and say something like ,I must stay I must give these special supports some silverware they deserve it they are the best in the world etc etc etc , he want silverware to get a ticket out and he does not care how much he spends to get it ,because he wont be here when we are penniless again ,hes had enough chances and too much money already ,keep the euro money and the money for morelos and give it to a proven manager to stop ten ,otherwise we will draw more blanks next season , get rid of now ,so Gerrard just go

SG should and will stay. A proven manager, who is that going to be, and when the proven unknown manager fails will the cheerleaders that are looking for SG’s head still come on and admit maybe should’ve given SG more time, don’t think so. SG will improve both tactics and player’s and to lose him now will be a disaster for Rangers, I think he is learning and expects the players to commit as much as he did and is astonished they are not delivering, he must be more ruthless with them no more Mr nice guy chop under performers, reward high work rate and change formation’s weekly, keep the opposition on their toes, and no more players getting leave, Rangers first.

Despite the fantastic performance for the first half of the season, this run of late is in real danger of leading to Rangers standing still or even going backwards compared to last year - and the blame for that can lie only with Gerrard.
We need to get back on track in the league and close the gap at the very least, or it’s a backward step - I guess the only exception would be if we went deep in the Europa league.
But the point is there’s a long way to go, and this season could still prove to be a step up from last - let’s judge Gerrard come the end of the season and get fully behind him and the team until then.

Two years of winning nothing, nearly 30 midfielders coming and going and only two strikers one at 36 it was obvious he would break down if he played more than two full games in a row. Gerrard should go and he should be replaced by a manager with a proven track record of winning trophies and having a tactical brain. I am not worried he will walk, i’m worried he will stay.

I proved you all wrong, I said 7 months ago he would win nothing and having only two strikers was crazy, but no, you and your Gerrard loving cronies said it will be fine. Well two years nearly over and we are trophyless and he had to play a quarter final with no striker, that is completely unnaceptable for a club like Rangers. I saw this scenario months ago. Funny thing is Gerrard could have fixed it in January but brought in Kamberi who he knew would be cup tied and unable to play what was Gerrard thinking?? and Hagi who was left on the bench, Gerrard is useless. As for Europe afraid to say it but we will get hammered in next round. Unless Gerrard finds a rule where he can bring on the 27 midfielders he has managed. Anyhow I have said my bit I am now self excluding from the forum not one of you man enough to admit I was right living in a deluded world just like Gerrard. Cheery baw baws. lol
