I think UEFA is being unreasonable in the respect that the second offence was committed before knowledge of the first sanction if UEFA had acted immediately after the St Joseph’s game the second charge may never have been levied I appreciate Rangers having to act but think that it’s UEFA tardiness then hastiness that is particularly unfair in this matter Rangers were doing everything they could but obviously could not act retrospectively.
