There’s been much said about the impending return of Carlos Pena to Ibrox. The enigmatic Mexican has himself said the plan is to come back to the club and he looks like he has a point to prove. Whether that’s at Rangers or not remains to be seen. He returns from two ill-fated loan spells…
Wouldn’t take him bk send him bk to Mexico with a bottle of buckfast he is a know goer from day one get him of the wages he’s on 15.000 a week no chance ship him out A.S.A.P

Would love to say I disagree but honestly I can’t see him turning it around here.
You’re absolutely spot on. Considering his contract length and wage-packet, it could be difficult to get rid of Pena and that could be a big problem.
Gerrard will want to get some form of use out of him, so I still wouldn’t be surprised if he continues to have a look at him.
It’s highly probable he’s shifted on at the first opportunity though. The midfield is diluted enough.

I think the best chance of getting rid of Pena would’ve been to South America, a place where he’s most commonly known. Doesn’t seem like his reputation is the same these days though, given his problems at Cruz Azul and Necaxa.
He still has 18 months on his contract, which is a gutter for Rangers. I would be surprise if there was absolutely no interest in him at all from back home. His reputation was high when he came to Ibrox, surely someone would want to take a risk on him?
Well I hope so DW as it would give us some hope but likely he will run his contract down till the end unless somebody snaps him up for peanuts
Yeah mate, it’s not looking good regarding Pena. Will have to see what happens in January and the summer in particular. Just a total disaster of a signing.

Well 4 teams in for him the quicker the better free up 50k a week on Pena so by by Pena who will be in the Gers door next need reinforcements asap
