Apologies for the slow response @DollysBraes, I’m told that is correct, that there is no time limit.
However, if there was to be a charge now it would need to be one of ‘not acting in the interests of football’ aka bringing the game into disrepute, which is quite a serious allegation and therefore unlikely to happen!
