While I would rather have had Hladky, I can see why he doesn’t want to warm the bench.
Mind you, Alexander hadn’t planned on UEFA cup final either.

I think this is a good signing. The guy has experience, and he is at an age where he can come in, and make an immediate impact, if Shags gets injured (God forbid).
