Yep, was really impressed over his first couple of games and it’s been hit or miss since then. If he can build up his confidence and get his crossing right, he’ll be a great extra weapon in attack.

Only reason he “hasn’t clicked” or has been "inconsistent " is very straightforward he has not been given a chance to build up his stamina and match fitness due to Gerrard consistently changing that position. Everybody knows, it’s not rocket science the more a guy plays the more confident and consistent he becomes. OK he may make the odd mistake but just keep in there. Classic example is a great game against St Mirren but dropped next game.

Yes thats right about £120, 000 more. I am a CEO in one of the biggest I.T companies in Britain. Rangers manager job might be a great job to have but it does not pay anywhere near enough for liking.
