Rangers have a much better level of quality in the squad, are a much better team than before Stephen Gerrard arrived
To lose him now would be a disaster
We must all stick together and support him as he will surely take us to silverware very soon
Compare where we are now to two years ago.

Warburton won us a trophy the challenge cup as well as the championship without any money he was there 9 months. Since Gerrard has come in we have gone backwards. Two years he has been here, no domestic trophies in two years more than likely Celtic will win title this year same as last year with double figure points and goal difference ahead of us. Progress in europe is not the priority. Gerrard has managed nearly 30 midfielders with terrible failures in Grezda, Coulibaly, Saddique, Ojo, Barker, Jones, King, Dorrans, Ejaria, Hastie etc etc. Only one striker he bought and that was Defoe a 36 year old who broke down as soon as he played two full games, we have been crying out for a big target man but Gerrard buys midfielders like its the only position available. Morelos was already there. Oh and he brought in Kamberi a guy who was unable to play in the cup game because he was cup tied, what use is that. Gerrard is a total domestic failure simple. Europe run is not enough.
Mostly agree with you. Mark Warburton was the only professional manager (as we understand it) since the relegation. He didn’t get opportunities to build although he proved that he could. Sad.
As for Gerrard, his selection was determined by his style of play. But quality of the transfers (ins and outs) is really poor. Look at Gerrards assistant Beale words: we don’t expect such physicality from SPL, prefer technically gifted players who can’t overcome strong defences. Such a noncence. They know that our primary target is domestic title and they must adapt their work for it.
Need to sack them all after Bayer 04 fixture.
