Rangers fans have praised Joe Aribo for a strong display against Ross County on Wednesday evening. Steven Gerrard’s side haven’t always been fluent on the road this season, but they were slick in Dingwall, securing an early goal and going on to dominate all aspects of the game. 20' GOAL! #ELBUFALO! Don’t think the Jack goal counts as his assist, wasn’t it Arfield that laid it off?
Cheers @Mike_Rose , Aribo has been widely credited with the assist, including by BBC Sport, but just rewatched it and it is Arfield with the final pass after Aribo’s run.
Still a good display, though, involved in three of the four goals and looked confident on the ball!
Lol come on Jordon you should know better than believing anything the BBC says
But yeah it was a good performance by him. Some friends and I were discussing last week that he really seemed to have lost some confidence or something. After the Celtic game, he didn’t seem to be the same player we first signed, which was surprising given he was doing so well for Nigeria. He wasn’t taking defenders on trying to go past them or drive towards the goal. Hopefully, that’s him back to being the quality attacking threat we know he is capable of being.
