Everyone keeps saying Barasic needs to step up but that is virtually impossible when you don’t get a run of games. When I say a run I mean at least 8 competitive games in a row, this should not include internationals its about playing those games for your team because that is what’s needed to get match fit and get to build up an understanding with your team mates. It’s not just physical fitness it’s building confidence and working out how players around you play. The odd game here and there must be so frustrating. Morelos must also feel the same way. Goldson and Katic have been great together as have Jack and Davis. Consistency is key but I worry about how much we chop and change defence our forwards and midfield, we need to get a settled side.
