This is where our management team have to expose these young talents to first team football - and i don’t mean have them just warm the bench or train with the first team. If, and it is a big if at the moment, we are comfortably up and controlling games then these young guys should be brought on to play in the final 1/4 of games at home or longer. Lets give them the opportunity. We don’t want to see another Billy Gilmour leave Ibrox because the opportunities lie elsewhere. I want to see young lads, Scottish or not, who have the ability, hunger and desire brought in early. These guys are the future and will hopefully deliver the transformation we need. The fans want success & hopefully the crop coming through will pull on the shirt and become greats of our team.
