truth hurts. very week I say that either Tavernier or Goldson or indeed like yesterday BOTH,then surely the manager see’s the defenders problem. Listen Tavernier is first and foremost a defender, how many times is he caught upfield and his defence are left to flounder under the pressure created by him NOT ANYWHERE TO BE SEEN IN DEFENCE… OK his sorties into the opponent’s box are great but and its a big but, does this excuse no defender duties. Furthermore Goldson is becoming a liability, yesterday he decided to gallop with the ball up the park and his effort as a pass was abysmal and subsequently gave the ball away, something that has crept into his game lately,. therefor Hamilton were able to raced forward and were threaten our goal. Coisty was right better defending is required immediately with all the crucial games up coming.
Tavernier and Goldson should have been dropped before now. Ally is correct 100%.
And he’s(Tav) not very good at defending, when he does stay back, the sooner he’s sold and a real right back brought in the better,im not and never have been a Tav fan !!!
Ally McCoist is such a football genius I think they should sack Gerrard and ask him take over again.The quality of player we currently have is poor compared to Allys signings , Black , Daly , Law , Cribari , Bell , Templeton , Argiriou , Mohsni ,Kyle , Sandaza , etc etc.
I don`t know how the fans can bare to watch guys like Tavernier and Goldson after being able to watch all these legends only a couple of years ago .
