More places in second tournament means some easy wins for Welsh pub teams, but damages our coefficient again, so we lose the place again.
Long term, other teams need to get better, or they will hold back Rangers and Celtic as average performance is used for scoring Scotland. Pity we can’t decline the extra places for crap teams:-(
