To be fair, that is not our starting 11. Helander, Davis and Morelos are all in our starting 11.
So add Katic, Kamara and Defoe to our bench and it looks quite a bit stronger. Before you add Jordan Jones, Greg Docherty and others.
I agree Defoe cannot be No 1 striker next year, but I am sure he and SG know that. he will continue as backup
Aribo was class, I agree that is a better position, both for him and Arfield
I also learned

  • Hibs are a physical (Thuggish) team and Porteous really doesn’t like Rangers - that is not his first excessive attack on a Rangers player
  • we are getting better and stronger. Our depth and ability to cope with missing players is improving.
  • we still need a killer instinct. That should have been 5. I am not being greedy but 5 would not have flattered us and we need the goal difference. We need to put teams away
