Typical of Scottish clubs to bemoan the lack of quality coming through and at the same time do nothing to help nurture that any potential talent. Nearly every other major league outside the UK works with B teams. We can just never see the wood for the trees up here. Its just the usual resentment towards The Old Firm that keeps holding every club back.
