Predicted Rangers lineup vs Aberdeen

Rangers take on Aberdeen on Sunday, looking to continue recent good form. As things stand, the Gers are eight points clear of the third-placed Dons. Therefore, a win would secure second spot with three games to spare. Gerrard must be happy with his side’s current form. (Photo by Ian MacNicol/Getty Images) Given the current run…

Agree with the team, but hope and believe Middleton will get on from the bench. He may also start Kent on the bench to make a point to Morelos, that nobody walks back in to the team.

I cannot understand why Aberdeen have such a good record against us, because we outplay them regularly. The first game of the season they equalised with their one shot on target. Every other game they have used their bully tactics and have gotten away with it. It still doesn’t excuse our lack of goals against them. If we don’t win on Sunday, I will be very surprised as it will show that we have not learned how to play them.

Yeah, hopefully Middleton gets a go at some point. He really couldn’t be doing any more at the minute.

As for Kent, can’t see Gerrard leaving him out. Candeias will be there next season, so no risk dropping him down to the bench, whereas he’ll want to do everything he can to convince Kent he should stay for another year.

Agree with this @Sunna, there has to be be a change in approach tomorrow. What we’ve went with before simply hasn’t worked. The new shape and personnel that has accounted for Hearts and Motherwell recently, will be properly tested this time around.
