Rangers boss Steven Gerrard suggested that Filip Helander would be out for an indeterminate amount of time with injury as he looked ahead to Young Boys. I would never wish an injury on a Rangers player. But I believe we have to use some rotation so that when an injury happens, other players are not coming in cold. SG should have a strongest team in mind for the biggest games, but should rotate 2-3 players each time for other matches. Katic has had no recent game time, neither has Edmundson. Against a bottom 6 team, play both of them. We should still have enough to win.
Same goes for our wingers and second string midfielders. Not all at once, they need to play with the majority of the first team. But 2-3 players should be ok. If they are not good enough, they should not be in the squad or at Ibrox.
