I couldn’t agree more with this post. For too long Celtic have tried to bully our club. The media on the whole support their infactuation with everything Red White & Blue. Alan Stubbs, Chris Sutton and Neil Lennon’s comments on this subject are laughable and it’s been orchestrated by Sutton’s childish attempt to mix it up from his privileged position within various media positions.
It’s clear that Gerrard would have a guard of honour, however I really do not think there is anything close to The Auld Firm in England and therefore his approach would be different. Having said all of that it’s up to Rangers and the board to rise above it all and be better than all the garbage that is spewed from lips of SPFL club owners and fans. The hatred towards Rangers is clear, this type of bile is an epidemic in Scotland throughout. No one likes us we don’t care!

Maybe Celtic should get the IRA to give them a guard of honour with guns and balaclava’s ECT prior to going over to Ibrox, after all the club and its supporters have given them enough financial support over the years. As far as Lennon is concerned if there was a more undisciplined player in Scottish premier
League when he played I must of missed him?
No time for them. No respect for them. Their fans must despair when they think that they were once led by Billy McNeil and are now led by Scott Brown.

I did not reference Billy McNeil’s passing, I referenced his legacy and what he brought to Celtic football club.
As for hitting Scott Brown, I merely mentioned the belief that he is not fit to lace the boots of previous captains.
I am able to discuss Celtic without bile. I suggest that until you can afford us the same respect, all you are doing is proving my point. It seems that as the quality of Celtic captains has declined, so has the quality of their fans. I suggest that until you evolve a little and can leave the primordial swamp within which you dwell, you confine yourself to Kerrydale Street, which I am reliably informed is a Celtic supporters site. I have no desire to visit it as I assume it is full of people like you and Scott Brown.

Obviously some of the Celtic fans who go on about Rangers cheating have not listened to the courts who found that EBTs were not illegal (Juhnino had them and who knows what other Celtic players ) Craig Whyte ( conman didn’t pay the taxes due and along with Green and co robbed Rangers ) Some of these people who criticise Rangers have short memories as Celtic were an hour from going out of existence not relegated .

I referenced Billy McNeil because he is a famous and respected Celtic captain. So the opposite of the thug that leads you now. I know several normal, intelligent Celtic fans and most of them are embarrassed that he is the club captain. I could have mentioned other, respectable Celtic captains, like Paul McStay?, but to be honest I don’t follow your club so don’t know them.
“A seething, hate-filled, frustrated, kicking, elbowing, punching Rangers FC” but you don’t consider that to qualify as bile? Of course, you are a Celtic fan, so probably don’t. You arev a sad, bitter little man.
I do not blame Scott Brown for all our ills. I only blame him for being a thug who is an embarrassment to Scottish football and Celtic Football Club. Although, to be fair, he is perhaps the ideal standard bearer for fans like you.
It is indeed bile and you can watch it on YouTube by going to any of this seasons old firm games. You’ll see a " thug " being kicked in the balls, elbowed in the face, punched in the face. If that’s not enough go to a rangers/Aberdeen game or any of the other games of your NINE red cards. Scott Brown has had no red cards all season. He has however celebrated winning after beating has assailants. Wouldn’t you ? As I say , a scapegoat for your obvious frustration. So if you watch those clips you’ll see that it is not bigotry but merely calling a spade a spade.

The truth of the pudding is that the only football team to have a player jailed is rangers. Even though Celtic had EBT’s as well, yet the SFA never thought to punish them. I am more than a bit fed up by the BS that Rangers are a newco, when McCann saved their team from extinction, he changed their name. I would like to know what came of the CO-OP putting money into Celtic FC. It’s one law for Rangers and another for Celtic and the rest of the SPL
