I agree. No cost, so worst care scenario he comes in as 3rd choice striker, backup for Morelos and whoever replaces Lafferty. But if he continues to improve, the sky is the limit, gives us a ready replacement when El Buffalo heads off

Don’t need him in January. Let him end the season there and come in the summer. If we get someone else on loan, such as Solanke.
Alternatively, let them have Dallas on loan to replace him for the 6 months. he seems ready for the Championship. Or Mepude if he doesn’t sign a contract and isn’t sold in January
