Rangers defender Joe Worrall has claimed his team-mates didn’t need to get involved in a post-match brawl with Celtic players after yesterday’s Old Firm defeat. After Scott Brown goaded the Rangers fans, Andy Halliday challenged the Celtic captain before both sides got embroiled in a massive rammy. (photo by David Young/Action Plus via Getty Images)…

Youre having a laugh , youre criticising a guy for staying cool , not punching , elbowing or fighting with anyone . We have 3 idiots who will now probably miss 7 or 8 games for stupidity .Worralls right , they were all warned not to react and he and the others who listened to their manager should be praised not slagged . I understand Halliday is a fan and probably felt it worse than others but its not his place to keep Brown away from our fans . Point it out to the fuzz and then get into the dressing room , he`s a player not a steward .

wlgers, problem is no matter who you point it out to, nothing gets done. Broadfoot rakes Morelos Achilles, nothing. So Brown does the same. What is his punishment? nothing. Morelos reacts, red card. Brown gets a slap in the chest, goes down like he has been shot, holding his face. Dive in the box, that’s a yellow. Brown gets… that’s right, nothing. Brown started that by having a kick at Morelos. Punishment nothing. But when Morelos kicks McKenna, stop the game, straight red card. Ignore the fact that McKenna shoves Morelos, off the ball, twice.
I am not criticising Worrall, who may be right. But would he be as cool if it had been Notts Forest, his team? Maybe. If Halliday had spoken to a policeman, do you honestly think anything would have been done?
When thugs like Brown get to behave like that without consequence on the pitch, the results are seen off the pitch, as they were in Glasgow last night. It is inevitable that our neds will react to their neds. All neds need weeded out of the game. Brown is a good place to start

Yeah skibadly what you say about Brown and the rest is right enough but all we are doing is moving the attention to us and letting him win . Morelos and Kent both deserved to get sent off and Halliday wading in achieved nothing . They won the game because of the Morelos incident and we will miss 3 players because of the rest of it , so they win and we lose , not just that game .If Worralls temperament allows him to stay out of it then thats a good thing , I wish some of the others were the same …and they need to learn to be if we want to start winning these type of games .None of the rest of the stuff you mention will change any time soon , so we need to rise above it.
You are implying that he doesnt care about us and maybe he isnt one of us long term but as long as he does it on the park ( and Im not saying he does) I dont mind that he doesn`t want to fight everybody .
