We all know Gerrard would leave us in a heartbeat for liverpool it’s if he leaves for a diddy team like brenda did to them that would hurt
No surprise here. We always knew that Stephen Gerrard would one day be Liverpool’s Manager. The best that we could hope for is that it did not happen too soon. If it is at 2022–we have three more years. That should just about get us on our feet financially by that time–enough money to attract another quality Manager as well as to continue improving our squad each year. I’d like longer than a few years, but, sadly, none of us has any say in this matter–and it would be wrong for us to go against Stephen for wishing to manage the club that we know he still loves and supports.
I agree it’s a no brainier for Stevie to go back to the team he loves but I think he’s got the bit between his teeth and will not leave until the title is back where it belongs with some extra silverware it also won’t hurt his CV.
