Rangers have struggled at left-back almost all season, and we’ve already spoken about the possibility of Kilmarnock’s Greg Taylor. Whilst there is no official suggestion Rangers are interested; Taylor would provide a real solution. Energetic, physical and very comfortable on the ball, he’d the perfect folly to James Tavernier. And what’s more, he’s reportedly about…
Just because he gets a call up for the worst Scottish team in history by his ex club manager does not make him what we need at left back .Kicking everything that moves may be good enough for the hammer throwers at Killie but its not good enough for us .Also, he is too small to be a top class full back and would be a weakness for back post crosses to his side. We need to be wary of filling the team with current SPL players if we want to challenge Celtic and continue to progress in Europe .We have already signed Jones , Hastie and, Stewart to add to Kamara, so to keep adding more of that standard and you end up with an average SPL team.
I think its unfair to put Kamara in this group he looks a very good addition to the team.Although it will be interesting to see if he improves next season.I do agree with your main point.
