Smith is a laughing stock who has been a failure at every role in Scottish football he has been involved in .He had the chance to improve the SFA and Rangers and failed miserably at both. The decision making process in the SFA is a joke though , they ridiculously refer a booking to a disciplinary panel when there was no need and then another disciplinary panel changes the decision back to the original when Rangers appeal .The decision is not an embarrassment but the process is .
