Lee Wallace, outstanding captain and leader both on and off the pitch. I wish he was still at Rangers as he played for the jersey and sacrificed so much to remain at our club. Total respect for the man. Our current captain, if you can call him that, doesn’t have a scooby about being a true captain of Rangers.

Get the entire Rangers staff in the media room and play that to them all.

I’ve said this in a previous thread but I’m saying it again:
We are every single opposition player’s number one scalps
EVERYBODY wants to beat us.
Due to this, every opposition player plays to their absolute maximum.
We must at least match this or we are beaten before a ball’s kicked.
This is why being a Rangers player is so hard. You must be at your peak in every game. And you must START the game in this vein. 90 minutes of 100% is the basic minimum I expect of every Ranger. I will excuse a lack of ball control or a poor header or whatever, but I will never accept a lazy player.
Now more so than ever, we must get our sleeves rolled up and fight like f*ck. It is the only way out of this terrible form.
Show that to the entire staff too please Mr Gerrard.
Lee Wallace should never been allowed to leave if he was in that dressing room with these player he would give them what for and tell them this is the famous Glasgow Rangers yous are playing for get your fecking act together
