Have to agree, we can only develop him for Liverpool at the expense of our players who are good enough.

Seems more than likely to be fake news! Unless Liverpool have specifically asked Rangers to take him on loan, then I can’t see any reason at all why would would take this young man on loan when we already have such fierce competition for places amongst an already large group of talented midfielders.
I would say 0/10 chance of this one happening.
