To be fair to Fleck, my memory of 2012 is that McCoist made it clear to him that even in the mess we found ourselves, he wasn’t wanted.
To be fair to McCoist, there may have been behaviour issues for that decision. But I felt that he would have stayed if we had asked. We could have built a team around him, he was that good and subsequent years have proven that
