McGregor has the skills, but he’s a hothead. If he’s always going off his nut for petty things, and doing dangerous things like kicking (at) multiple opponents, how does SG tell the rest of the squad, I.e. Morelos, to be more disciplined?

Agree that it makes it a lot harder for Gerrard to sort when a senior player is one of the offenders. An issue that needs addressing ahead of next season.
