I think his game dropped off a bit because of Kent. Kent would cut inside and barely use him when he made his runs. I can’t think of a game I’ve seen were he’s been bad, he just hasn’t looked like the player he looked like against us, but that was hardly a barometer of success as we were still pretty awful as a new team. I think he will be twice the player next season.
Interesting point that. Kent definitely does his own thing rather than operating in tandem with his full-back, so that could be off-putting for someone like Barisic. Was really impressed by him at the start of the season, so I hope you’re right!

Moved to a new country on top of that. I’m sure Scotland would’ve been a bit of a culture shock as its the far end of Europe. Sometimes it takes a year to settle in. I’m expecting more from him this year. I think it would be a little to ruthless to chop him just yet. Him and gresda both.
