This could be the turning point for us if the unwashed think they are much better than us. On another day that would have been a cricket score for us. Am still hurting but if we continue to play football like that, our day will come and many good days will follow. Forster had a game he is very unlikely to ever see again. Why did he not take the penalty?
Please take a look at this. He backed himself to keep taking pens, but the management team decided to change designated taker to Morelos after Tav’s miss against Motherwell in late October. This was decided well over a month ago but we haven’t had a penalty since. Blaming Tavernier for someone else missing a penalty is incredible.
I felt he should have taken it he is a good penalty taker. Missing a couple or having them saved goes with the territory. So let Tav keep taking them he can only get better.
