Steven Gerrard said it was like “déjà vu” at Easter Road tonight. And it was, only with two goals, some even dodgier officiating and a bit of that famous Hibee exuberance. Rangers absolutely dominated this match. In fact, at times we’ve played as well as we have all season back to front. Just as we…
Gutted. Unbelievable how we can dominate a game like that and don’t get maximum points. Stevie G asked us to be clinical but we aren’t. The manager gets the tactics right but we just can’t deliver when it really matters. The Scottish Cup is our only hope now and the players must deliver.
Thoughts
1)We were superb first half, unplayable
2)If you don’t put teams away playing like that you can regret it
3)They should have had 2 men sent off, minimum, before the hour was up, which would have changed the game
4)The push on Morelos was a penalty
5)2 men broke the offside trap, linesman got it wrong
6)Hibs resorted to kicking us, ref gave us no protection
7)League is gone
