Sorry to have to take issue, but you say “Rangers interim vice-chairman John Bennett has now made it abundantly clear that this deal is free of any outside influence”
This does not quite address the concern that Ashley may have a financial interest in Castore. I do not know if he has or not, and it is too late now that deal is signed, but I would hope that there is a codicil in the agreement that if he EVER gains a financial interest in Castore, Rangers can walk from the contract and we would be paid compensation. They need to understand the full depth of our loathing for him. He is as popular in South Glasgow as the Sun is in Liverpool
