BBC Radio Scotland's shameful coverage of Fernando Ricksen's passing

As Fernando Ricksen’s passing continues to reverberate around the footballing world, how BBC Radio Scotland first reported on his death has been jarring Rangers fans. The long-running dispute between Rangers and BBC Scotland is well documented – it needs no introduction and continues to be a blight on the Scottish game. But for anyone wanting…

Personally, I don’t think that Fernando should be involved in in any dispute with the BBC. MND and many forms of mental illness are evident many years before diagnosis. So as as The Rangers Family WATP and should focus on Fernando’s achievements and his love for our club…

Cameron - this twat on the radio has missed the mark by a long long way, and there’s no doubt about it, but in the same way that his timing is way off in raising questions about Ricksen’s private life, so is your timing in latching straight onto another chance to dredge up this whole BBC vs Rangers debate on the same day of Ricksen’s passing - shameful and you should really consider removing this

We should forget the BBC!

Fernando was a great player…a Member of Rangers Hall of Fame, and we should Honour His Memory!
MND is a truly horrible disease that brings an unavoidable slow and painful death! Fernando bore this with fantastic courage and devoted many of his final days to raising Charity Funds for Research into MND.

Hope he gets a great send off tomorrow when Feyenord are at Ibrox!

Agree totally hence the fact they’ve had no tele licence for years and won’t have either scum and corrupt to the core.

Cameron did you raise a complaint with the BBC? I think the only way we deal with BBC is through formal complaints procedure no point bumping gums on here and getting fans in a state. Why don’t you find the formal procedure details and post it for everyone. I have already done this. You are supposed to be journalist, if you genuinely feel something needs to be done then act in a more responsible way, your post is just fanning flames and making this situation worse. Your above post is totally inflammatory, irresponsible, heartless, and insensitive . We don’t need to hear this disgusting gutter press at this sad time. Once again here it is…
If you would like to submit a complaint about any BBC TV or Radio programme you can do so by calling 03700 100 222*, by visiting www.bbc.co.uk/complaints or by writing to BBC Complaints, PO Box 1922, Darlington DL3 0UR.

WILLIS …if you have any issues with BBC please do not use this forum as a gutter press outlet, this is not the sun.
