BBC Scotland has confirmed that shamed pundit Michael Stewart is “available for selection” again after he was pulled by the broadcaster over ridiculous comments made about Rangers PR chief Jim Traynor and Ibrox star Alfredo Morelos. Stewart has been off the BBC’s output for a number of weeks following the comments made at the start…

Absolutely James, Stewart will have a vendetta against Rangers because of his ban and it won’t take long to hear his bitter twisted rants to keep his agenda going.

As I have said before, the man is a clown. We’ll see how long it takes him to revert to type.

I am confused. In what way does Michael Stewart’s bile, bigotry and undisguised hatred of all things Rangers fail to meet the BBC’s editorial guidelines around fairness and accuracy?
I just assumed he was following their guidelines closely when he unleashed his bitter, twisted vitriol - it was exactly in keeping with the general BBC Scotland attitude to Glasgow Rangers.
Their faux outrage implies that Stewart is alone in his hatred, when we all know that is far from the case.

I think we all knew what would happen all totally predictable send deranged asswipe to the corner of the class for a couple of weeks then join the rest of them remembering to phrase all your biased racist bile in a BBC wrapper. Once again prisoner license fee payers f@#ked.
