Well Barry Ferguson your totally wrong I don’t think Morelos will leave if he does should get the same as dembele if. No more don’t think sg will sell were building a team no stripping it NSE
Does Ferguson really think we can find and buy a better striker than Morelos for under £8 million? If so, please contact the club and tip them off. Otherwise, no chance we are letting him go for that kind of money, we would rather keep him until our youth players like Mepude, Dallas, Hardie and Rudden come through.
Having said that, I think we should bring in Shankland for next season. Cheap, Rangers fan, knows where goal is, out of contract. What’s not to like? Some people would rather we went for proven ability. Like who, Messi? Morelos was not proven at a higher level than Shankland. We can’t afford strikers proven at a higher level than our own. We need to buy cheap, sell dear and live off the difference

Spot on mate Morelos will stay at Ibrox sg has. Plans for more players Barry Ferguson hasn’t a clue if dembele can go for whatever Morelos worth more but I would keep him and build around him we need back up goalkeeper ect McGregor just loses plot at slightest thing Lafferty past it a few others as well we need to build now and bring home 56 next season NSE
Should he stay or should he go? My argument is he should go as he has contributed to at least 15 points being dropped. Although he was sent off in win against Aberdeen in February he was unavailable against St Johnstone due to suspension that saw 2 points dropped due to a nil nil draw. See others below.
Morelos has lost us the league. Against Aberdeen in August …2 points dropped after his sending off. Against Aberdeen again in December… 3 points dropped after his sending off. Against Celtic in March 3 points dropped after his sending off. A total of 8 points and considering Celtic picked up three in March against us which they should not have got that is a swing of 11 points all down to Morelos. He is a good player but a liability. We also had to play without him due to his suspensions in a draw against Dundee after Aberdeen game in December and a draw against St Johnstone after his sending off against Aberdeen in February 2019 so thats another four points dropped in games where he was unavailable adding that on that’s 15 points dropped because of his stupidity and being either sent off or suspended. I say get shot of him urgently so we can get someone in before the start of the new season.
Problem is no club will pay the same as what Celtic got for Dembele because Dembele is not a hothead and a liability. Dembele had played and did well against teams in champions league and was being picked for France, a much better rated team than Colombia. Morelos cannot even get into the squad of 40 players that have recently been picked, this is apparently due to lack of game time and a dodgy temperament.

Spot on mate sg has a value on every player at ibrox Morelos won’t go he might but your looking at 10-15 million according to Allen but will have to wait and see we need a squad. That will play for the jersey just have to rebuild and bring home 55 next season NSE
