As Rangers fell to a 2-1 January defeat at Hearts it felt like this result was coming since we first got back to competitive action little over a week ago against Stranraer. Thankfully, the League One strugglers were never seriously going to pose a threat, but the performances in the St. Mirren and Hearts games…
Massive mistake if we dont even try to bring another striker in, someone total different size from freddo or defo , at this stage I’d even take gamble on aussie guy from livi. Freddo one booking away from another suspension too. Hate to say it but no way this team is gonna win league with current standard of play .
have to agree i had high hopes rangers would make some rapid signings as soon as the window opened , not only are we light in mid and up front , left back, still too much dead weight at rangers.
Kent should be driving forward with the ball more often at defenders. He was posted missing along with the rest of the team yesterday. Nobody wanted to take responsibility in the middle of the park and it’s not acceptable. After pumpin that mob in their own shithole we put in a disgusting performance like that against a kick and charge team sitting bottom of the table for good reason. Get it sorted Stevie. It’s one defeat fair enough but the manner of the performance was hard to take.
He’s not one booking away from another suspension at all. It’ll be 7 bookings until he reaches 12 for accumulated bookings and that’s in a certain amount of games. Kevin Aloysius Clancy and co will do their damndest to try though.
Need another striker. Flanagan needs to be shown the door. Kamara can’t play against a team that’'s physical and Rangers should bin the farcical warm weather jaunt during the winter break. Two years in a row the performances have been abysmal after the break. The team should go to Iceland to prepare for post break Scottish weather!
