The rules of Development Loans allows players to play for their own clubs midweek if they haven`t played for their loan clubs at the weekend , hence guys like Dallas , Burt etc can turn out in U19 and friendly games.
Had noticed Burt feature several times despite the Alloa loan, but didn’t know the specifics of the rules. Thanks for this!
