I don’t think SG will do it, but he could go 3 at the back and play Tav and Kent/Middleton as wingbacks. He could then have Davis, Jack and Kamara in the middle and Arfield behind a striker, probably Defoe.
just a thought.
In fact, with 3 CBs, he could even drop one of the midfield and play Arfield behind two strikers, although that is perhaps a little adventurous
