Early days, let’s see what he has achieved at end of season. Nothing has been won, no cups nothing and against Celtic and Young Boys we got beat, in one of those games Defoe started and played most of the game and did not score. Against Legia and Feyenoord he was no where to be seen so hard to judge. Defoe has a great record against inferior opposition, he had a brilliant performance today but proof of his resilience, fitness and ability will only come against top opposition such as Porto, Celtic, Feyenoord and young boys. Hopefully it will all come good, but until end of season when he can be properly assessed against our stronger opponents we at this stage will not know if he deserves to be a Rangers main striker at 38.

Hahaha hahaha try Defoe you will get there in the end

Thanks for pointing out my wee mistake it’s now fixed. Ta.
