Who ensures that the referees are trained and receive ongoing training like the Premier down south. As we have non communicative refs up here that seem to forget that they have linesmen. So who checks that they all receive appropriate updates and regular training. Or possibly they took a course 20 years ago and that was it learn on the JOB.
Madden is he not one of the Orange/Masonic referees that Celtic claim to give us everything.
