There is no damage to the club to be linked to a historical golf club which has , and will, host The British Open .The link to Trump means absolutely nothing except to idiots who look for offence everywhere .The fact it might annoy Brigadier Sturgeon is not the reason we have done it it ,but it is a pleasing extra as far as I am concerned .
