If it doesn’t change now, he must leave in the summer! Adamchook…You are the reason why Rangers are failing, There is no forward thinking, no fight, and no feckin clue. You honestly want a guy who is nearly 36 to be a Rangers captain. He had no influence against Hearts in a must win game, a team at the bottom of the Scottish premiership when we are in the last 16 of Europe playing against a team of players all under 30 worth millions you think he is going to be the man!!!..get a life and wake up, no wonder Rangers are in such a state with idiots wanting 36 year old hasbeens as a captain.
Now is the time to start playing the youngsters now, and they will have more fight than most of the first team. Get them playing now domestically, so they can be ready for next season.
Young Patterson needs to be playing at right back. Gerrard has too many times stuck with Tavernier and Goldson, and they have been a problem throughout the season.
I still don’t know why Docherty was loaned out. the boy has fight in him and that’s what we need.

Absolutely doesn’t surprise me one bit! When I questioned Gerrards style the other day I was called a Celtic fan by a couple of idiots which seem to supports Steven Gerrard over our own club. Here are the facts:
Gerrard has spent a fortune and for that…
He’s built a spineless team.
He’s been knocked out of every cup since he’s been here.
He’s fell double figures behind Celtic two seasons in a row and that’s with Celtic changing managers mid season.
His choice of a captain is a joke.
He still doesn’t know his best centre half partnership.
He has no big target man up front.
He’s constantly changing his tactics.
His team play far too many sideways passes.
He’s gave wages to duffers from other club a academies like Ojo, Barker, Ejaria and the young non league goalkeeper whilst at the same time totally ignoring our own academy and good Scottish players like Murphy, Doherty, Mcrorie etc who would all have added some steel to this team.
He gave a wage to King for months and never played him.
I could go on but I’ve made my point.
I’ve been a season ticket holder since the 90s and followed Rangers since the 60s and I have never seen a Gers team that is as spineless as the team Gerrard has built! That’s Including Mark Warburtons. Excluding the lower division teams when’s we had no money.
Simply - He has the best academy in Scotland where any player coming out of it seems to be sent on loan, he has spent 25m or whatever it is and brought in almost 3 dozen players and he has failed EVERY pressure game we have played domestically.
People are saying it’s just since January but that’s a myth: We has the chance to beat Celtic at Ibrox at start of season we bottled it!
We then went top and had the chance to stay there for more than one week and bottled it!
We had the chance to go top against Aberdeen and bottled it!
Then we had two good games against Celtic in December. After that it’s just got worse, so the writing had been on the wall for long enough…problem is there is too many Rangers fans falling over themselves to scream how lucky we are to have Gerrard who came to us with Zero experience and didn’t even have his badges completed!
He’s done fantastic in Europe, that can’t be denied but that’s not good enough when we have zero silverware domestically…

Rangers are predictable it’s as simple as that, teams learned from the first games in the first half of the season or just sit in and Steven Gerrard doesn’t have an answer for it a technical team in Scottish football just doesn’t work we seen that from mark Warburtons tactics passing and possession doesn’t mean a thing when you can’t score, regardless if Morelos was late back or not he should have been on the pitch then been disciplined the game was too important and given past results, Gerard should be considering his future at this club and come the summer I hope he’s gone he’s just not got what it takes

Nearly 30 midfielders he has managed but only two strikers, we knew all about Morelos from last year and it was obvious that as soon as Defoe played any more than a few full games he would break down. Gerrard could have brought in a striker in January but brought in a cup tied player Why do that when you need to win a trophy?? Gerrard needs to go.
